Why do I receive 502 Authentication Error? |
|
- The common reason for this error is an incorrect username or password.
Check your password and username. If you have forgotten your password or user name click the link below.
You will receive the username and password in your mail you registered.
- Check with expiry of your credit card or your account.

Why do I receive '400 too many connections' error? |
|
- All users are allowed a maximum of 20 connections to the servers. The error usually is not too serious.
This is especially common with certain news browsers when the user is downloading large amounts of articles. Usually,
this problem will clear itself up within a few minutes but
if it does not, we can reset your account which should have an almost immediate result.

When I try to post an article I get the following error: 440 posting not allowed. What does that mean? |

I received a '423 no such article' or a '430 no such article' error when downloading. What is the problem? |

This can be answered by logging into the member area.
The home page shows the list of nntp servers to which your account is enabled for.

What happens when I reach my download limit? |
|

When download limit is reached, your account will become inactive until
a new billing cycle starts. When this occurs recycle your account and start
the next billing cycle immediately. This will change your billing date to the day you
recycled your account.
